There is so much written about how to lose weight that anyone who wants to lose a bit of weight has no shortage of information. There are some conflicting reports on what is the best/fastest/healthiest way to lose weight but basically a bit of common sense, strong will power and you should be able to lose some weight.

The commom sense approach is quite simply to eat less and walk more.

When you eat you are consuming calories and when you walk you are burning calories. The simple scientific fact to losing weight is to burn more calories than you consume.

Consume less and burn more calories gives you a double approach to lose weight. If you do not want to do both then simply do one. Either eat less with the same amount of walking or walk more and eat the same amount of food. All three methods will help you to lose weight. Obviously if you eat less and walk more then you will lose weight more quickly than if you only eat less or just walk more.

No stress you can decide for your self.

Scientifically you have yo burn roughly 500 calories per day to lose one pound per week. That is getting a bit technical because you have to figure out how many calories are in each meal and how many calories you burn when you walk for 30 minutes.

Lets just keep it simple. To lose weight eat less and walk more.
