You can make your own affirmation messages that you can read out loud every day. What you can also do is cut out a body in a magazine and then paste a picture/photo of your head. Visualize how you will look after you lose the weight you want to lose.
The affirmations and thinner images of yourself suggest to your brain that you are losing weight so what happens in reality is that you do begin to lose weight.
Strengthen your mind and will power to stop yourself from making bad choices as regards eating certain foods and to force yourself to go to the gym or exercise class or walk or run you had planned.
The key is your mental strength to control your actions so that over time you will lose weight in a healthy natural way.
