So you want to lose weight do you? If you are serious about losing weight then you need to do three things.
1. Decide to lose weight no matter what!
2. Eat less.
3. Exercise more.
You need to do those three things to be able to lose weight.
You can pretend but are not really serious in your mind. If that is your state of mind then eating less and exercising more will not be sustainable. By that I mean you may lose some weight but you will eventually put the weight back on.
The strength of your mind or will power is the key determining factor to losing and then maintaining your weight. Twenty percent of people who begin diets and or exercise programs have the right attitude or mindset to actually be successful in both losing and then maintaining their weight.
The scientific analysis of losing weight is that you have to burn more calories than you consume. Then and only then will you lose weight. You can achieve that some days but to be truelly successful in your weight battle, the mind must be able to control your actions. Once your mind can control your lifestyle choices then and only then will you be able to win the weight battle and lose weight.
